1. Overview

At Coastaltainers, our goal is to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. We value transparency, which is why our process allows you to inspect your container before making payment upon delivery.

Because payment is made only after inspection, all sales are considered final once payment is received.

2. Payment Upon Delivery

To give you full confidence in your purchase:

You pay only after your container arrives.

Before making payment, you’ll have the opportunity to inspect the container to ensure it meets your expectations and matches the description provided.

Once payment is completed, ownership transfers to you and the sale is finalized.

3. No Return Policy

Since all customers have the opportunity to inspect their container prior to payment, we do not accept returns or exchanges after payment has been made.

This policy applies to:

New containers

Used containers

Modified or customized containers

Please make sure to carefully inspect your unit upon delivery and confirm all details before completing the purchase.

4. Used Containers and Repairs

Used containers are sold in as-is condition, but they are always wind- and watertight at the time of delivery.
If a used container experiences damage or structural failure after delivery, Coastaltainers may, at its discretion:

Offer repair services or maintenance recommendations, and/or

Provide a quote for parts and labor depending on the issue.

We strive to assist our customers even after delivery, but repairs are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Exceptions

In rare situations (e.g., incorrect delivery or major undisclosed structural defects), Coastaltainers may review the issue and determine a fair resolution.
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear photos and a detailed description of the problem.
